The Story Behind EONSEN: A Battle for Every Micron
In 2000, a partner factory delivered food pouches to my client with unseen solvent residue, forcing them to destroy highly valuable products. Instead of walking away, I used my life savings to fully compensate the client. Standing before that ruined batch, I realized: without controlling every micron of production, a “quality guarantee” means nothing.
Driven by this obsession, I founded EONSEN Pack in 2004. In 2010, we proved this commitment by taking on an “impossible” challenge for LG—engineering a highly stable anti-static foil pouch that competitors couldn’t mass-produce. After 15 straight days in the R&D lab and dozens of custom upgrades, our pouches flawlessly passed LG’s global tests.
Today, our 60,000m² facility serves Fortune 500 brands like Xiaomi and POP MART. Yet, my promise remains unchanged. We don’t just make bags; we engineer your brand’s ultimate safety barrier.
