Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a 100% direct manufacturer. Established in 2004, EONSEN operates a 60,000m² state-of-the-art automated facility in Dongguan, China. With a dedicated team of 260 professionals, we handle everything in-house—from film extrusion and printing to lamination and pouch making.
What quality and environmental certifications do you hold?
We meet the strictest global standards. EONSEN is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and the rigorous IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Standard). For sustainable packaging, we hold GRS and RCS certifications. All our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and Halogen-free requirements.
Do you have experience supplying global leading brands?
Yes. We are the designated packaging structural engineer for over 20 listed companies and Fortune 500 brands, including Xiaomi, LG, POP MART, TCL, Samsung, and Mattel. We are fully equipped to handle massive, complex orders with zero-defect requirements.
Products & Customization
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM, ODM, and private label services, including logo engraving, custom designs, surface finishes, and packaging.
What is your MOQ for customized products?
MOQ depends on product structure and material.
- Simple designs: from 50 pcs
- Complex designs or molds: usually 100–200 pcs
We will confirm MOQ during quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available before mass production. Sample production usually takes 10–15 working days, and sample fees can be deducted from bulk orders.
What files do you accept for custom designs?
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, CAD, or 3D files, as well as reference photos or physical samples.
Can you protect our designs?
Yes. We respect design ownership and can sign NDA agreements to ensure your designs and concepts remain confidential.

How fast can I get a quotation?
- Standard products: often within the same day
- Customized products: within 24–48 working hours, depending on complexity
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms depend on order value:
- ≤ USD 3,000: full payment before production
- USD 3,000–10,000: 50% deposit + balance before shipment
- Larger orders: flexible terms can be discussed
What is your production lead time?
Samples: 3-7working days based on the design complexity
Mass production: 10-20working days, depending on quantity and process
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We provide transparent tiered pricing for larger quantities and long-term partners.

Do you provide customized packaging?
Yes. We support:

What shipping methods do you use?
We cooperate with DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Typical delivery time is 4–7 working days worldwide, depending on destination.
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes. We can ship directly to your customers with neutral or branded packaging, based on your requirements.
Quality Control & After-sales
How do you control product quality?
All products go through multiple inspection stages, including material verification, process inspection, and final QC before shipment. Our defect rate is strictly controlled.
What if I receive defective products?
If non-human defects are found within 7 working days after receipt, please contact us with photos and order details. We will provide replacement or compensation according to our warranty policy.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. We provide professional after-sales service and respond to inquiries within 2 working days.
