Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
GCZICO accepts return, replacement, or refund requests only under the following conditions:
Authorized Purchase
Products must be purchased directly from GCZICO or through an officially authorized sales channel.
Inspection Period (Arrival Defects)
Customers must inspect all products upon receipt.
Any visible defects, shipping damage, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 working days after delivery.
Warranty Period (Quality Issues)
Claims related to manufacturing defects must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
Most outdoor lighting fixtures are covered by a 2–3 year warranty, depending on the product model and contract agreement.
Manufacturing Defects Only
The issue must be caused by product defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing.
Covered Defects
The following situations may qualify for replacement, repair, partial refund, or compensation:
- LED fixture failure under normal operating conditions
- Driver or power supply failure caused by manufacturing defects
- Waterproof failure caused by manufacturing defects
- Significant performance deviation from approved specifications
- Products delivered inconsistent with approved samples
- Incorrect products shipped by GCZICO
- Verified quantity shortages
After verification, GCZICO will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement parts, product replacement, repair support, or refund arrangements.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, refunds, or warranty claims will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Improper Installation
Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring, or failure to follow installation instructions.
Unauthorized Modification
Any product that has been modified, repaired, disassembled, or altered without written authorization from GCZICO.
External Factors
Damage caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Lightning strikes
- Fire
- Earthquakes
- Extreme weather conditions
- Power surges or unstable electrical systems
Normal Wear and Tear
Normal aging, cosmetic changes, color shift within industry standards, or natural performance degradation over time.
Exceeded Warranty Period
Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired.
Return Authorization Process
Before returning any products, customers must contact GCZICO and obtain written approval.

- Product Model
- Photos or Videos of the Issue
- Quantity Affected
- Detailed Description of the Problem
Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, GCZICO may provide one or more of the following solutions:

Shipping Responsibility
GCZICO Responsibility
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing defects, GCZICO will cover reasonable replacement costs according to the agreed warranty terms.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:
- No manufacturing defect is found
- Products are returned without authorization
- Damage is caused by misuse or improper installation

- Remote technical diagnosis within 48 hours
- Complete solution proposal within 72 hours
- Lifetime spare parts support
- Lifetime maintenance service with material cost only after warranty expiration
